As a Head of finance, Market Operations and Compliance, Mr. Aneel Lasod had set up the system and procedures for online Compliance and maintaining various Regulatory requirements. He also developed Risk Management System (RMS) and established Internal Audit department for both Broking and DP Operations. He has also developed Management Information System (MIS) for the top management. He was a pivot in the growth story of Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. which has grown leaps and bound in the last one decade and is looked upon with awe in the industry.

Mr. Rajneesh Shah (Partner) is a chartered accountant with more than 10 years of experience in Secondary Market. He has worked in 2 listed companies as Vice President (Finance) for 3 years. During the association developed and maintained secretarial department, legal set-up for Joint Venture Collaborations, Import Export, Foreign Trade Policy related matters and availed various Government benefits and licenses from respective authorities.
